- Eligible Programs: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Housing Administration (FHA)
- Property Type: 1-Unit multi-wide dwelling classified as real property
- Ineligible Characteristics: Singlewide mobile homes
- Credit Score: Minimum score of 580
